Get ready for a swashbuckling New Year’s Eve as we transform the Adriatic Suite into a high-seas adventure for our Pirates Ball on 31 December 2026.
Join us from 7pm for an unforgettable evening of pirate-themed dining, live entertainment and spectacular views as we count down to the New Year.
Start your voyage with our “All Aboard” canapé selection, including curried crudités, cannelloni arancini and rum & chicken liver pâté, followed by hearty starters such as pirate chowder or an open samosa of tikka-spiced cauliflower and black-bead lentil dhal.
For the main course, feast like a true pirate with The Kraken’s Tentacle, Baa-Baa Biryan, honeybush springbok “Peg Legs”, slow-cooked chicken, Creole linefish, wild mushroom & camembert strudel and seasonal vegetables.
Save room for our “Tooth Rot” dessert platter, featuring Amarula and honeycomb cheesecake, S’more cupcakes, rum and raisin shooters and liquorice cannonball macarons. Then keep the celebrations going with midnight bites, including mushroom sliders, pirate dogs, crispy spiced vegetable tri-cone samosas and a popcorn bar.
